1. Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order with Palletwise, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. Confirmed orders are subject to the pricing agreed at time of order.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment terms are as agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may incur interest charges.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Palletwise is not liable for delays due to circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Warranty

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns of used pallets except by prior arrangement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palletwise's liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
